Prime Builders is celebrating its tenth year in business. Even though this economy has been challenging to say the least, we are doing well. The reason is simple.

Prime Builders is a full service contractor, not a sales and marketing company. We are licensed to build any project you desire. Our installers are fully covered under worker’s compensation insurance, protecting the home owner in case of injury. We also carry general liability insurance, for maximum protection.

Before you choose a contractor for your home improvement project, check them out at the Contractor’s Board web site. Make sure they are licensed to build the type of project you are interested in. Make sure the name on the license matches the name of the contractor or company. Just because a contractor is licensed with the CSLB, it may not be enough!

Prime Builders has a B1 general construction license. We also have a D03 for aluminum awnings and patio covers, C8 for concrete, and a C17 for windows and doors and a C27 for landscaping. Our license number is 795780. Check us out on the contractor’s license board www.cslb.ca.gov
