We use only the finest pre-mix concrete
from Robinson's Ready Mix. All orders are dedicated loads and pumped into
the job site if possible.
The type of concrete used is compliant to the
use and soil conditions of the project. Steel rebar, wire mesh, dowels
into the existing foundations and slabs are used when required, as well as fiber
mesh.
Living in Southern California, we are in earthquake country.
The best warranty anyone can offer, because of that, is fire and theft!
The slab will get hair line fractures or cracks. It is where it cracks
that matters. We will do all that is possible to avoid and minimize stress
fractures. Proper stress relief joints, ground preparation, wire mesh,
pour down footings and other measures will be used for a successful project that
you will enjoy for many years to come.

My grandfather built many of the
sidewalks and public works in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. The picture
is of a sidewalk that was saved from a recent renovation site. My
grandfather put his name on his work as a mark of pride. I was honored
with his name and carry on the family tradition of excellence. Every job
